The retrofit includes the following work :

• New CNC SIEMENS 840 D with 3 axis (X, Z and C), with standard cycle turning, threading and boring and milling.

• 3 new digital axis motors make SIEMENS for 3 axis X, Z and C.

• The main motor would be overhauled and used ahead. A Motor Test Certificate would accompany the documentation. The main motor will be equipped with anew digital drive make SIEMENS.

• 2 new HEIDENHAIN measuring scales for the axis X and Z as well as a new Heidenhain ROD for the c-axis.

• New electric cabinet make RITTAL including heat exchanger with all needed components mainly made by Siemens.

• V 24 interface for data-transfer new pendant control station, error messages in French, equipped with al needed components for proper function of the machine.

• Additional hand wheel with ca. 3 m spiral cable for jogging the machine:
  • Ø spindle jogging
  • Ø axis jogging and rapid feed
  • Ø increments with hand wheel

• Complete new machine wiring including end switches and cable channels.

• Complete erection and functional test at our plant.

• Documentation :
  • Ø one set for programming manual, operator users manual
  • Ø two sets new electric drawings, unit lists, SPS and machine parameter on disk
  • and available mechanical documentation.

• Acceptance : at our plant will be done a complete functional test and check of completeness against order confirmation.

• Guarantee : on all new supplied equipment. We grant you a 12 months warranty including labour on a 2 shift work except wearing parts. Travelling, hotel and accommodation is on behalf of the client.
  Warranty periods starts with acceptance at your plant.

• Delivery time : available 6 months after receipt of your down-payment.
